On the evening of December 26, the South Wind Theater of Hanjiang Normal University had bright lights and loud singing. The theme party of "I love Han Shi" to welcome the New Year and welcome the school celebration was staged here. Teachers and students gathered together with songs and dances to welcome the upcoming New Year and the 120th anniversary of the school with joyful and festive cultural programs.

A festival atmosphere strong folk music ensemble "Celebration Overture" officially kicked off the party. Afterward, all the members stood and sang the national anthem.

The evening was divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, "The King comes from Yunshan", the teachers and students vividly reproduced the school history story of the six times that the Han teachers had endured hardships for the construction of the South-to-North Water Diversion project, and showed the Han teachers' spirit of politics, taking into account the overall situation, hard work, perseverance, selfless dedication, unity and cooperation. The original poem recitation "Our Choice" tells the emotional story of the Han master people giving up the small family, for everyone, with the great love of the family and the country, the continuous context, the torch, and the endless education feelings.

In the second chapter, the teachers and students use dance, street dance, magic, instrumental music, song performance and other colorful forms for the audience to show the five education, teaching and learning, rooted in the grassroots, serving the local fruitful education results. The school leaders presented awards to the outstanding organizational units emerging from the first "Knowledge and Action Culture Festival" and "Science and Culture Festival" of the school, the sixth "Campus Knowledge and Action Star" and the second "moral model".

In the third chapter, "Xingtan Strings and Songs", all the school leaders jointly issued the first announcement of the 120th anniversary of the school at the party site, and issued a sincere invitation to alumni at home and abroad, guests and friends from all walks of life to gather together in Hanshi, renew friendship and seek common development.

It is reported that in 2024, the school will usher in its 120th anniversary, and the preparatory work has been officially launched, and a series of celebration activities will be held in the future.
