On December 27, the Hubei Provincial Education Department of the Hubei Federation of Trade Unions issued a notice on the results of the selection of "Hubei Top Ten Model Teachers' Ethics" and "Hubei Advanced Individual Teachers' Ethics" in 2023, and Teacher Li Guang of our school was awarded the "Hubei Advanced Individual Teachers' Ethics" in 2023.
Mr. Li Guang is the vice President and associate professor of our School of Education. He always kept in mind the mission of The Times to educate people for the Party and the country, resolutely implemented the Party's educational policy, and implemented the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating people. Strictly abide by the ethics of teachers, concentrate on teaching and educating people, conscientiously perform their duties, and actively contribute to work.
With the educational ideal of "making students become Chinese teachers with feelings" and the educational feelings of "every thing of students is worth doing with all their efforts", he has been working in the teaching field for 18 years. He has been responsible for the teaching of teacher education courses for many years, integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into the classroom, carrying out teaching reform based on students' life and growth history experience, and cultivating students' education feelings, so he is called "favorite teacher" by students. During his tenure as the professional leader, he and his colleagues overcame many difficulties and conquered the educational positions of Jingchu Excellent teacher Collaborative Education Plan, provincial first-class undergraduate major construction site, provincial teaching team, provincial excellent young and middle-aged science and technology innovation team, provincial first-class undergraduate courses, etc., and passed the bachelor's degree evaluation and the second-level certification of normal majors with excellent results. In recent years, Mr. Li Guang has won the Excellence Award in the Teaching Competition of young Teachers in colleges and universities in Hubei Province, the second "moral Model" and "Teacher ethics Model" and other honorary titles. He guided his students to win the second prize in the Provincial Primary Education Professional Skills Competition, the third prize in the Hubei Province "Challenge Cup" competition, and excellent dissertation. The teaching reform achievements were approved as the Hubei Province Teaching and Research Project, the first-class undergraduate course in Hubei Province, and the first prize of the school's teaching achievements.
