Yang Xianlan, Ph.D, senior professor, doctoral supervisor, started her career in 1988, successively held the posts in Hubei University of Secretary of Youth League, Director of Publicity Department of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Law School, Dean of College of Politics&Law and Pubic Administration, Member of the Standing Committee, Vice-President, as well as Vice-President of Hubei Foundation of Social Science Society (concurrently ).
